General Information for International Students
NYGC Institute is authorized under Federal Law to enroll non-immigrant students who reside either in or outside the United States.

For the international students and change of status students: Our school also issue I-20 for the students who want to do change of status both toward to F1 Visa and also M1 Visa

For F1 transfer students, following are required documents to transfer:
Valid passport
Valid F-1 Visa
Application form
Transfer form
Financial information
I-94
All of previous I-20s

For the students are outside of the United States:
Before coming to the U.S. to study, you need an I-20 in order to obtain a student Visa (F-1). To get an I-20, mail/Fax the following documents to New York General Consulting.
-Completed NYGC Application for an I-20. (The application is on our website)
-Notarized Affidavit of support form (form I-134 available on our web site)
-Bank statement from the sponsor
-If you are under 18 years old, a copy of your high school diploma or university records
- Registration Fee of $200
